Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
• A card on file or prepayment is required to reserve all appointments.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service cost
• No Shows, meaning you fail to make it to the appointment and do not contact us beforehand, will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. In addition, you may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments. Repeated failure to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice may result in the individual being prohibited from receiving further services at our establishment.
Prepaid Appointments: If you have prepaid for an appointment, this policy still applies. If 50% of the service cost is owed due to a missed appointment, this amount will be deducted from your prepaid credit. The remaining 50% can either be applied to another service or refunded upon request. If the full amount of the service is owed, your prepaid amount will be applied to cover the missed appointment. Vouchers: If an appointment is missed as a no show, and you have vouchers available, the voucher will be used to cover the appointment. If a 50% late cancellation fee is owed and you have vouchers available, the fee will be charged to the card on file and the voucher will remain available.
Unplanned Illness or Emergency: If you develop a contagious illness or experience a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency within 24 hours of your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand these situations can be unforeseen, however if we are unable to fill your appointment slot, you may still be responsible for a cancellation fee to ensure our staff are compensated for their time.
Pregnancy: We understand that labor can happen at any time. While we encourage massage to assist with the laboring experience, our cancellation policy still applies. However, if you notify us as soon as possible, we may be able to waive all or part of the cancellation fee.
Arrival Time Policy: To ensure you receive your full scheduled treatment:
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you have completed your forms online, arriving a few minutes early is sufficient.
Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened session. We will do our best to provide as much treatment time as possible, but the full session fee applies regardless.

Membership Policy

Automatic Billing: All memberships are auto-withdrawn once a month for uninterrupted service. Clients can choose either the 1st or 15th of the month for withdrawals.
Voucher Roll Over: Unused vouchers roll over for up to 3 months.
Active Membership Requirement: Vouchers are redeemable only while memberships are active or within the 30-day forfeiture period after cancellation.
30-Day Forfeiture Period: Unused vouchers can be redeemed for up to 30 days after membership cancellation.
One-Time Pause Option: Members can pause their membership once, for up to 30 days. During the pause, no new massages are accumulated, however previously rolled-over massages can be used.
Cancellation: Clients must cancel their membership at least 7 days in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Membership Commitment: To ensure you get the most out of your wellness journey, all of our memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows time for you to truly experience the benefits of consistent massage therapy. After the initial 3 months, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until you choose to pause or cancel.

FAQ

Q. If I’m late will I still get my full treatment time?
A.
We created our services to allow appropriate time for the full enjoyment of each treatment. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of service unless the time is available and at the discretion of management. When it is not possible to extend the time, treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

​Q. Where do I purchase Gift Certificates?

Q. Why do I owe money if I have a Gift Certificate?
A.
Gift Certificates hold the monetary value they were purchased for. There may be a difference between the price of your massage and the dollar value of the gift certificate depending on when your certificate was purchased.

Q. Why do I have to enter my credit card info even if I have a Gift Certificate or Membership?
A.
Credit card info is needed to reserve all appointments. No charge will be transacted until the time of service, at which time you can elect to pay with a gift certificate, credit card, package, or voucher.

​Q. Are Gift Certificates refundable?
A.
Gift Certificates sales are final and are not refundable at any time.

Q. What kind of massage oil do you use?
A.
We use Sacred Earth Botanicals Massage Oil Blends. Ingredients include: Certified Organic Sunflower Oil, Certified Organic Safflower Oil, Certified Organic Olive Oil, Certified Organic Jojoba Oil, and non-GMO Vitamin E. There are NO Nut Oils, fragrance or harmful preservatives. If you have sensitivities or allergies, we welcome you to bring your own oil for your session.
