We intentionally operate by appintment rather than tradiitonal business hours. As a family-owned studio, our schedules change seasonally, allowing us to provide thoughtful, uninterrupted care while balancing family life. Online booking reflects our current availability
We do not currently accept insurance. If you are looking for medical massage we are happy to offer recommendations.
Yes—HSA/FSA cards are often accepted for services related to medical necessity. Because plans vary, we recommend checking with your provider. We can provide receipts if you need to submit for reimbursement.
A card on file allows us to securely hold your appointment and enforce our cancellation policy.
You will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
This allows us to protect our therapists’ time and keep appointments available for clients who need them.
